Things to Do Right After Your Purchase: UNLOCKING THE BASS MECHANISM
To protect your accordion during transport, we install a safety lock inside the bass mechanism.
It’s essential to remove this lock before playing.
There are 2 different lock systems:
- One for standard bass;
- One for free-bass (converter).
However, The unlocking procedure is the same in both cases. We invite you to carefully follow the instructions provided below.
Once on the site, click on INFO in the top menu bar and go to the BEFORE YOU START section. Here you will find two video tutorials that will guide you step by step through the unlocking of the mechanism in complete safety.
INSTRUCTIONS

- Remove screws from bass cover;
- Open the bass cover.
